Thank you for choosing SAPHAR TRAVELS. We take all
efforts to make sure that you have a wonderful holiday experience. To avoid any
misunderstanding, we request you to read, understand, and follow the below
Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy before you book any tour,
service, or make any transaction with SAPHAR TRAVELS at any of our offices or
our authorized channel partners.
Important Note: Our Role as a Travel Agent
SAPHAR TRAVELS operates as a travel agent, acting as an intermediary between you (the guest) and various independent service providers
including , hotels, transport operators, activity providers, agents, insurance companies, and others. We do not own, operate, or control these
services directly. Our role is to facilitate bookings and provide coordination
support to ensure a smooth travel experience.
All services booked through SAPHAR TRAVELS are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service providers. While
we aim to offer the best arrangements, SAPHAR TRAVELS is not responsible for any shortcomings in service, delays, cancellations, or acts/omissions of external service providers.
1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to:
- All group tours
- Customized holidays
- Any travel-related service booked through SAPHAR TRAVELS
SAPHAR TRAVELS reserves the right to change or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Booking
When a guest books a tour package or any service offered by
SAPHAR TRAVELS, provides personal details, and completes payment, it means that
the guest has read, understood, and accepted all the Terms and Conditions
mentioned on our website.
- If the booking is made on behalf of family or others, it is assumed the guest is authorized to do so and has ensured that all members have agreed to these Terms.
- Guests must provide accurate and valid personal information.
- SAPHAR TRAVELS reserves the right to accept or decline any booking without assigning any reason.
- Communication will be done via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone to the registered contact
details. SAPHAR TRAVELS is not responsible for message delivery failures
caused by third-party networks or platforms.
3. Payments
Guests can make payments by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS,
IMPS, or via UPI apps (BHIM, GPay, PhonePe, PayTM, etc.). Payments must be made
in the name of SAPHAR TRAVELS only.
- Payments
made by Credit/Debit cards or online transfer will attract a 2.4%
convenience fee payable by the guest. - Tour
prices are dynamic and vary based on booking timelines. Early bookings may
offer lower rates, while last-minute bookings could be higher. No requests
for refunds or adjustments will be entertained based on price differences
between guests on the same tour. - Tour
package prices do not include GST & TCS unless specified. - Registration
amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. - Guests
are liable for cheque bounce charges, if any.
4. Travel Documents
Guests must provide valid ID proof such as Passport, PAN
Card, Aadhaar, or recent photograph at the time of booking.
For international tours:
- It
is the guest’s sole responsibility to carry valid documents like Passport,
Visa, Travel Insurance, and any other required paperwork. SAPHAR TRAVELS
will assist in coordinating but is not responsible for rejections, delays,
or missing documents.
5. Itinerary
SAPHAR TRAVELS does its best to operate tours as per the
original itinerary. However:
- The
itinerary is indicative and subject to change depending on operational
feasibility, transport schedules, weather, and other conditions. - If
sightseeing or activities cannot be done due to force majeure or
unforeseen reasons, we may try to arrange alternatives, but no refunds
will be provided. - No
compensation will be provided in case of missed services due to events
like breakdowns, natural calamities, or route changes. - SAPHAR
TRAVELS reserves the right to alter, reroute, or adjust the itinerary to
ensure smooth operation of the tour.
7. Accommodation
Hotels are booked based on availability and may vary from
those mentioned at the time of booking. Equivalent options may be arranged as
required.
- Rooms
are typically twin/double sharing. Extra beds may be provided as floor
mattresses. - Hotel
room allocation is done by the hotel, not SAPHAR TRAVELS. - Standard
check-in time is 2–3 PM; check-out is 10–11 AM. Early check-in/late
check-out is subject to hotel availability and may involve additional
charges. - If
room sharing is not available for a solo traveler, single occupancy
charges will apply. - Any
damages caused by guests to the property must be paid immediately by the
guest. Pre-existing damages should be reported to hotel staff and/or
SAPHAR TRAVELS representatives upon arrival.
8. Meals
Meals are served as per the itinerary and usually follow a
fixed menu (e.g., Dal, Rice, Roti, 1–2 Vegetables, 1 Non-Veg dish, Salad,
Dessert).
- Special
requests (Veg/Non-Veg/Jain) will be considered if informed in advance. - Guests
are advised to carry snacks, especially for locations where meal
preferences may not be fully met. - Missed
meals due to personal reasons will not be compensated. - We
do our best to select quality restaurants, but we do not control their
operations and are not responsible for food quality, hygiene, or service
standards.
9. Travel Insurance Disclaimer
SAPHAR TRAVELS strongly recommends that all guests purchase
comprehensive travel insurance (including health, accident, luggage, trip
cancellation and interruption cover) before departure. SAPHAR TRAVELS is not
responsible for any losses arising from the lack of insurance coverage.
10. Limitation of Liability
SAPHAR TRAVELS shall not be held liable for any loss,
injury, accident, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure,
natural calamities, political disturbances, airline/transport issues, supplier
failures, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
As a travel agent, SAPHAR TRAVELS does not own or operate
airlines, hotels, cruises, or transportation services and cannot be held liable
for any acts or omissions by these third-party service providers.
11. Force Majeure
SAPHAR TRAVELS shall not be responsible for any failure or
delay in performance of its obligations due to events such as war, riot,
strike, civil disturbance, terrorist activity, epidemic, pandemic, natural
disasters, government orders or regulations, weather conditions, or any event
beyond reasonable control.
12. Health and Fitness to Travel
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they are
medically and physically fit to travel. SAPHAR TRAVELS does not evaluate
individual health conditions. Any costs arising due to medical issues,
hospitalisation, or changes in travel plans due to health conditions are to be
borne by the guest.
13. Guest Responsibility & Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly
during the tour. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or unlawful behavior may
result in removal from the tour without any refund. Any resulting damages or
legal consequences will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
14. Third-Party Terms
All bookings made through SAPHAR TRAVELS are also subject to
the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers (airlines,
cruise lines, hotels, transport vendors, etc.). SAPHAR TRAVELS is not responsible
for any changes, cancellations, or policies enforced by these entities.
15. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the
services provided by SAPHAR TRAVELS shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, and governed by the laws of India.
